Based on our comprehensive understanding of your needs, we propose up to 3 fractional CPOs that align with your organization’s requirements, taking into account expertise, industry experience, leadership style, location preferences, and any specific CPOs you have shown a preference for.
Whether your needs call for someone on-site for direct collaboration or you’re open to remote arrangements, we ensure the suggested CPOs match your specific criteria. This tailored approach is designed to find the perfect fit for your team’s unique context and working style, laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet the suggested fractional CPOs 1:1 in live calls, facilitated by our team. These interactions allow you to assess compatibility, discuss potential strategies, and envision how each CPO could impact your organization.
Once you’ve selected your fractional CPO, our team assists in coordinating the necessary contracts. We advocate for a lean approach, starting with a 60-day contract. Around the 45-day mark, we’ll revisit the engagement, allowing for contract renewal or adjustments based on your experience and evolving needs.
In the Discovery phase, we ask you to provide details about your organization’s size, industry, specific challenges, and what you’re looking for in a fractional CPO. The more specific you can be about your needs and goals, the better we can match you with a CPO who fits your criteria.
The time frame for the Matching process may differ based on your specific needs and the current availability of suitable CPOs within our network. Generally, we aim to propose a fractional CPO within 5 business days. However, more unique requirements may extend this period.
The contract for a fractional CPO’s services will be directly negotiated and finalized between your organization and the CPO. While fractional.pm facilitates the introduction and matching process, the specific terms, including costs and engagement duration, are independently agreed upon by both parties. This approach allows for flexibility and customization to meet your unique business needs.
